7. Questions and complaints

 

Membership once bought is non-refundable for the set period the subscription is bought for. However, if a member is moving countries or location where Founderss Club services can‘t be provided, a full refund of the pro rata remaining subscription fee will be provided. For any other special circumstances, we will only consider refund on a case by case basis. For mistake in invoicing or over-invoicing, a refund would be provided to the same credit or debit card as soon as the mistake has been discovered by us or notified to us.
